針對手機遊戲產業的一項重大舉措，丹麥開發商 Trophy Games 於 2026 年 9 月 25 日宣佈從 Paradox Interactive 手中收購法國工作室 Playrion SASU。
In a major move for the mobile gaming industry, Danish developer Trophy Games announced the acquisition of French studio Playrion SASU from Paradox Interactive on September 25, 2026.
這筆定於 9 月 30 日完成的交易，是 Trophy Games 歷史上規模最大的一筆收購案。
This deal, set to finalize on September 30, marks the largest purchase in Trophy Games' history.
該筆交易涉及 225 萬歐元的預付現金，並在未來三年內根據績效額外支付 9% 的淨營收。
The transaction involves an upfront cash payment of €2.25 million, with an additional performance-based earn-out of 9% of net revenue over the next three years.
值得注意的是，Trophy Games 全額使用現有現金儲備來資助此次收購，保持了公司無債務的狀態。
Remarkably, Trophy Games is funding the entire acquisition from its existing cash reserves, keeping the company debt-free.
透過將《Airlines Manager》與《Airport Simulator: First Class》等熱門遊戲納入產品組合，Trophy Games 計畫利用 Playrion 現有的技術來開發新的模擬系列遊戲。
By bringing popular titles like Airlines Manager and Airport Simulator: First Class into its portfolio, Trophy Games plans to leverage Playrion’s existing technology to develop new simulation series.
對 Paradox Interactive 而言，此次出售使其能更專注於 PC 與主機策略遊戲。
For Paradox Interactive, the sale allows them to sharpen their focus on PC and console strategy games.
重要的是，Playrion 將作為一家獨立工作室留在巴黎，保留其 30 人的團隊，同時受益於 Trophy Games 的行銷與數據專業知識。
Importantly, Playrion will remain an independent studio in Paris with its 30-person team, while benefiting from Trophy Games’ marketing and data expertise.
交易完成後，Trophy Games 將 2026 年的營收預測調高至 1.7 億至 1.8 億丹麥克朗，展現出對未來成長的高度樂觀。
Following the deal, Trophy Games has increased its 2026 revenue guidance to between DKK 170 million and 180 million, reflecting strong optimism for future growth.
