2026年9月25日,丹麥遊戲開發商Trophy Games宣布從Paradox Interactive手中收購法國工作室Playrion。
On September 25, 2026, the Danish game developer Trophy Games announced its acquisition of the French studio Playrion from Paradox Interactive.
這筆交易初始估值為225萬歐元,並包含一項基於Playrion遊戲淨收入的未來獲利能力支付條款(Earn-out)。
The deal, valued at an initial €2.25 million, includes a future earn-out based on the net revenue of Playrion’s games.
該交易預計在9月底前完成,使這個位於巴黎、擁有30人的團隊能夠保持獨立運作。
Expected to close by the end of September, the transaction allows the 30-person Paris-based team to remain independent.
