該計畫投入總計6,003.65億盧比的鉅（ㄐㄩˋ）額預算，旨在八年內將印度打造成量子技術領域的全球強權。
With a substantial budget of ₹6,003.65 crore dedicated over eight years, the initiative aims to establish the nation as a global powerhouse in quantum technology.
該任務由科學與技術部領導，聚焦於四大關鍵支柱：開發中型量子電腦、建立安全通訊網路、推進量子感測技術，以及創造創新量子材料。
Led by the Department of Science and Technology, the mission focuses on four key pillars: developing intermediate-scale quantum computers, building secure communication networks, advancing quantum sensing, and creating innovative quantum materials.
為確保成功，政府已在包括班加羅爾印度科學理工學院（IISc Bengaluru）及多所印度理工學院（IITs）在內的頂尖學府設立了四個專業研究中心。
