Starting July 24, 2026, the United States has introduced new tariffs ranging from 10% to 12.5% on 60 trading partners.
自2026年7月24日起，美國對60個貿易夥伴實施了從10%到12.5%不等的新關稅。
Trade Representative Jamieson Greer emphasized that these measures are necessary to ensure a fair playing field for American workers who operate under strict labor standards.
關稅結構採分級制：38個國家因執法不力面臨12.5%的稅率，17個國家因部分執法面臨10%的稅率，而包括歐盟在內的其餘五個國家，則根據特定產品適用不同的變動稅率。
While this move affects major economies like China, India, and Japan, certain essential imports such as oil, gas, and goods under the USMCA are exempt.

This strategy follows a failed attempt at broader tariffs, which were overturned by the Supreme Court earlier this year.
