Technology giant Samsung has announced an exciting new partnership with Activision Blizzard for the highly anticipated title, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.
Debuting at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, this collaboration focuses on optimizing the game for Samsung hardware, including Odyssey monitors, TVs, and soundbars.
Players can look forward to technical upgrades like HDR10+ GAMING and a 32:9 super ultrawide aspect ratio, perfect for an immersive experience.
Interestingly, the game itself is set in South Korea, reflecting a synergy between the nation's tech leadership and the vibrant culture influencing the storyline.
Samsung is also giving back to the community by offering 50,000 beta access codes via the Samsung Gaming Hub and hosting a 'Call of Duty: NEXT' livestream on August 21.
Attendees at Gamescom will get hands-on time with the game at the Samsung booth, where they might even snag one of the 500 'Vault Edition' game codes being given away.
This strategic move highlights Samsung’s commitment to cementing its place as a leader in premium gaming hardware by providing top-tier experiences for the world’s most popular franchises.
