World Bank Youth Summit Focuses on Jobs for the Digital Age

第十三屆世界銀行集團青年峰會於近期圓滿落幕，本屆主題為「未來工作：設計數位時代的職涯」。
The World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026, titled FutureWorks: Designing Jobs for the Digital Age, recently concluded its 13th annual gathering.
此次峰會在華盛頓特區以實體結合虛擬方式舉行，聚集了來自一百七十多個國家、年齡介於十八至三十五歲的數千名青年領袖。
Held in Washington, D.C., and virtually, this event united thousands of young leaders aged 18 to 35 from over 170 countries.
峰會直面一項嚴峻的現實：未來十年內，新興市場將有一十二億青年進入職場，然而預計僅有四億個職缺。
The summit addresses a sobering reality: over the next decade, 1.2 billion young people will enter the workforce in emerging markets, yet only 400 million jobs are projected to be available.

To bridge this gap, the event focused on three transformative pillars: education and skills, entrepreneurship, and agricultural modernization.

Through an Innovation Lab and a high-stakes Pitch Competition, participants explored how technology and new business models can drive growth.
