These videos, which covered topics like urban legends, allegedly earned the uploader significant monthly profits by capitalizing on Tsuda's famous likeness.
津田的律師團隊主張，此舉侵犯了他的公開權以及違反了《不正當競爭防止法》。
Tsuda’s legal team argues this violates his right of publicity and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act.
