馬來西亞企業界達成了一項重要里程碑，Vantris Energy Berhad 於 2026 年 6 月 18 日正式脫離財務監管名單「實務指南 17」(PN17)。
A significant milestone has been reached in Malaysia's corporate sector as Vantris Energy Berhad officially exited the Practice Note 17 (PN17) financial watch list on June 18, 2026.
這家前身為 Sapura Energy Berhad 的油氣巨頭歷經全面轉型，克服了長達數年的財務困境。
Formerly known as Sapura Energy Berhad, the oil and gas giant underwent a comprehensive transformation to overcome years of financial distress.
此次復甦的核心是馬來西亞歷史上最複雜的重組計畫之一，包括將債務從 108 億令吉巨幅削減至 55 億令吉，並成功償還欠下當地供應商的 11 億令吉。
Central to this recovery was one of the most complex restructuring exercises in Malaysian history, involving a massive debt reduction from RM10.8 billion to RM5.5 billion and the successful settlement of RM1.1 billion owed to local vendors.
該公司還實現了連續兩個季度的獲利，截至 2026 年 4 月 30 日的季度淨利達到 1 億 4579 萬令吉。
The company also achieved two consecutive quarters of profitability, culminating in a net profit of RM145.79 million for the quarter ending April 30, 2026.
