This significant financial support, equivalent to approximately ‱36.95 billion, aims to foster a more resilient and self-reliant public health system.
根據「戰略目標撥款協議」，該資金主要集中於三大目標：改善疾病監測與應對、增強整合式服務配送，並提升政府管理與融資衛生領域的能力。
Under the Strategic Objective Grant Agreement, the funding focuses on three primary goals: improving disease surveillance and response, enhancing integrated service delivery, and bolstering the government's capacity to manage and finance the health sector.
這項計畫優先考量重要課題，包括對抗愛滋病、肺結核及被忽略的熱帶疾病之努力，同時支援母嬰衛生。
The initiative prioritizes critical programs, including efforts to combat HIV, tuberculosis, and neglected tropical diseases, while also supporting maternal and child health.
該撥款由菲律賓財政部管理，並由衛生部執行，代表對該國處理當前與未來衛生威脅能力的長期投資。
