On January 22, 2026, the United States officially concluded its 78-year membership with the World Health Organization (WHO).
退出程序由美國總統唐納·川普於2025年1月20日通過第14155號行政命令啟動。
The withdrawal process was initiated on January 20, 2025, by President Donald Trump through Executive Order 14155.
