Taghill Holdings Bhd 近期宣布了一項重大里程碑，成功取得 D'Evia @ Kwasa Damansara 項目價值 1 億 3300 萬令吉的建設合約。

該合約由 Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd 授予，這項重大開發案涉及在雪蘭莪州快速發展的地區，興建一座 32 層樓高的服務式公寓大樓，內含 440 個住宅單位。
Awarded by Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd, this significant development involves the construction of a 32-storey serviced apartment block featuring 440 residential units in the growing area of Selangor.
該項目預計於 2026 年 6 月 16 日動工，並預計在 28 個月內完工。
Work on the project is set to begin on June 16, 2026, and is expected to reach completion within a 28-month timeframe.
