RPSG Group Expands Solar Portfolio with Multi-Million Dollar Acquisition

On August 10, 2026, the RPSG Group announced a major expansion of its renewable energy business.
其子公司Purvah Green Power將以48.59億盧比（約合5.09億美元）收購ReNew Solar Power旗下的1.4 GWp太陽能資產組合。
Its subsidiary, Purvah Green Power, is acquiring a 1.4 GWp solar portfolio from ReNew Solar Power for ₹4,859 crore, or about US$509 million.
該組合包含位於拉賈斯坦邦與卡納塔克邦的六個運作中太陽能專案。
This portfolio includes six operational solar projects based in Rajasthan and Karnataka.
