Previously a paid-only perk, this AI capability lets Gemini synthesize data across your Google Workspace—including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive—as well as your media history from YouTube and Google Photos.

The goal is to make AI feel like a natural extension of your daily life.

Google maintains that while Gemini uses this data to provide context, it does not use your private Gmail or Photos content to train its core models.
