On July 8, 2026, Bandai Namco Filmworks officially announced that the beloved manga series 'Promise Me the Spotlight' (Watashi o Sentā ni Suru to Chikaimasuka?)
即將改編成電視動畫。
While fans are waiting for news on the production studio and release date, the announcement was celebrated with a special teaser visual and an illustration by the manga's creator, Jun Wakatsuki.

The series, which began in Shōnen Magazine Edge in 2022, follows the heartwarming and humorous story of Mizuki Natsuno, an idol in the group 'Melty Strawberry,' and her biggest supporter, Koichi Okuta.
