2026年6月18日，捷普拉卡什聯合有限公司（Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.，簡稱JAL）正式自印度孟買證券交易所（BSE）與印度國家證券交易所（NSE）下市。

根據國家公司法法庭（National Company Law Tribunal）批准的清償計畫，阿達尼企業以145.35億盧比收購了這家債台高築的公司。
This delisting marks the end of a difficult chapter for the former infrastructure giant, following its acquisition by the Adani Group.

Under a resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Adani Enterprises acquired the debt-ridden firm for ₹14,535 crore.

這意味著大約64萬名散戶股東無法獲得任何投資款項。
This means that approximately 6.4 lakh retail shareholders will receive no payout for their investment.
