Unveiled on April 24, 2026, by President John Dramani Mahama in Accra, this initiative aims to transform the nation into a leading digital powerhouse.
這項戰略由通訊、數位科技與創新部攜手全球合作夥伴共同開發，利用了加納超過110%的驚人行動網路滲透率。
Developed by the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology, and Innovations alongside global partners, the strategy leverages Ghana's impressive mobile penetration, which exceeds 110%.
該計畫基於八大核心支柱，包括AI教育、數位基礎設施與數據治理，以促進具包容性且合乎倫理的發展。
The plan rests on eight core pillars, including AI education, digital infrastructure, and data governance, to foster inclusive and ethical development.
計畫重點聚焦於農業與醫療保健等七大優先領域，AI在這些領域能推動顯著的生產力與創新。
A major focus is placed on seven priority sectors, such as agriculture and healthcare, where AI can drive significant productivity and innovation.
