Exciting news for music fans: filming has officially begun on an ambitious new project about The Beatles.
Directed by Academy Award winner Sam Mendes, this groundbreaking venture is set to redefine the biopic genre.
Rather than a standard single film, Mendes is creating a four-film cinematic event, with each movie dedicated to a different band member: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr.
The director believes the story was too massive for one film, opting instead to provide a nuanced look at their history leading up to the 1970 breakup.
In an innovative theatrical experiment, all four films will be released simultaneously in April 2028, marketed as a 'binge-able' cinema experience.
As production continues, fans can look forward to seeing legendary moments, including recreations of the Abbey Road cover, brought to life in this unique, multi-perspective narrative.
