史考特·克里斯多福·湯普森，更為大眾熟知的身分是充滿活力的道具喜劇演員「胡蘿蔔頭」(Carrot Top)，目前正在拉斯維加斯的一家醫院接受治療。
Scott Christopher Thompson, better known to audiences as the energetic prop comedian Carrot Top, is currently recovering in a Las Vegas hospital.
這位61歲的藝人於2026年9月18日星期五晚間，因據報發生自殺未遂事件而住院。
The 61-year-old entertainer was admitted on the night of Friday, September 18, 2026, following a reported suicide attempt.
湯普森的代理人證實他正在接受必要的照護與支援，而他的家人也請求在這一困難時期給予隱私空間。
A representative for Thompson confirmed that he is receiving necessary care and support, while his family has requested privacy during this difficult time.
身為湯普森自2005年起便駐演的知名場所，盧克索酒店賭場(Luxor Hotel and Casino)的營運商米高梅國際酒店集團(MGM Resorts)也發表聲明，祝福他早日康復。
MGM Resorts, the operator of the Luxor Hotel and Casino—where Thompson has held a famous residency since 2005—also released a statement wishing him a steady recovery.
由於住院治療，他週末的演出皆已取消。
Due to the hospitalization, his weekend performances were cancelled.
