Australian data center giant NEXTDC has launched a massive $500 million retail capital-raising campaign.

With the institutional portion already successful, the company is now inviting retail investors to participate until May 11, 2026.

This aggressive strategy is driven by an AI boom, as demand for data center capacity, measured in megawatts, has surged by 60% this year alone.

To keep pace, NEXTDC plans to spend $6.5 billion over the next three years to build new facilities, including the critical S4 site in Sydney.
