遊戲背景設定在 2207 年，也就是經典《異形》 電影故事的二十八年後，劇情講述「奮進號」(USS Endeavor) 船員在 LV-558 行星上揭開謎團的過程。
Set in 2207, twenty-eight years after the classic Alien films, the story follows the crew of the USS Endeavor as they uncover mysteries on planet LV-558.
