Recently, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced significant federal investments to help the city manage its rapid population growth.
這項努力的核心是高達一億一千四百萬加幣的住房加速基金，旨在加快三千一百五十個住宅單位的建造，並支援未來二萬四千個家庭的住房需求。
A centerpiece of this effort was the $114 million Housing Accelerator Fund, aimed at fast-tracking 3,150 residential units and supporting 24,000 future homes.

Beyond housing, Brampton has prioritized transit.
透過加拿大公共運輸基金，該市每年將獲得超過一億零六百萬加幣的基礎設施升級補助。
Through the Canada Public Transit Fund, the city will receive over $106 million annually for infrastructure upgrades.

Additionally, a $183 million investment, supported by federal, provincial, and municipal contributions, will bring 136 new buses—including zero-emission vehicles—to the transit fleet.
