該巡遊於2011年首次舉辦，原名為「澳門拉丁城區幻彩大巡遊」，後更名為現名。
First launched in 2011, the parade was rebranded from the Macao Latin City Parade to its current name.
巡遊隊伍通常從具指標性的大三巴牌坊出發，穿梭於世界文化遺產景點，最後抵達西灣湖廣場。
