ウェスト・バージニア大学（WVU）ヘルス・システム（通称：WVUメディスン）は、ペンシルベニア州に拠点を置くインディペンデンス・ヘルス・システムを買収する最終合意に達したと発表しました。
The West Virginia University (WVU) Health System, known as WVU Medicine, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire the Pennsylvania-based Independence Health System.
2026年後半に完了予定のこの動きは、同ネットワークにとってペンシルベニア州西部への大きな事業拡大を意味します。
Expected to finalize in late 2026, this move marks a significant expansion for the network into western Pennsylvania.
