RPSG Group Expands Solar Portfolio with Multi-Million Dollar Acquisition

2026年8月10日、RPSGグループぐるーぷは、再エネ事業の大型拡大を発表しました。
On August 10, 2026, the RPSG Group announced a major expansion of its renewable energy business.
子会社のPurvah Green Powerは、ReNew Solar Powerから1.4 GWpの太陽光ポートフォリオを4859億ルピー（約5億900万米ドル）で買収します。
Its subsidiary, Purvah Green Power, is acquiring a 1.4 GWp solar portfolio from ReNew Solar Power for ₹4,859 crore, or about US$509 million.
このポートフォリオには、ラジャスタン州とカルナータカ州に拠点を置く6つの稼働中の太陽光プロジェクトが含まれます。
This portfolio includes six operational solar projects based in Rajasthan and Karnataka.

This acquisition is a strategic milestone for the RPSG Group.
