Berlin’s New Industrial Innovation Project

Through its strategic "Zukunftsorte" or "Future Locations" initiative, the city is breathing new life into old industrial sites.

A prime example is the NLND Berlin Innovation Campus in Neukölln, which converted a former cigarette factory into a massive 150,000 m² space dedicated to AI, robotics, and automation.
