2026年8月26日以降、ネパールは大規模な鉄砲水と土砂崩れにより、壊滅的な人道危機に直面しています。
Since August 26, 2026, Nepal has faced a catastrophic humanitarian crisis following massive flash floods and landslides.
ラングタン・リルンで発生したと見られる氷河崩壊を引き金として、この災害はチベット国境付近やトリシュリ川沿いの地域を壊滅させました。
Triggered by a suspected glacier collapse on Langtang Lirung, the disaster has devastated communities near the Tibet border and along the Trishuli River.
死者数は1,350人を超え、約5,000人が不明となっており、悲劇の規模は甚大です。
With a death toll exceeding 1,350 and nearly 5,000 people reported missing, the scale of the tragedy is immense.
約160万人が被災し、そのうち8万4,000人が緊急の支援を必要としています。

Beyond the initial destruction, survivors now face a second crisis: the risk of waterborne diseases in overcrowded shelters, along with threats to child protection and safety.

International relief efforts are in full swing, with aid flowing through the Kathmandu Humanitarian Staging Area.
