2026年7月24日、欧州委員会はTikTokが欧州連合（EU）のデジタルサービス法（DSA）に違反しているとの予備的見解を発表しました。
On July 24, 2026, the European Commission announced preliminary findings accusing TikTok of violating the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA).
調査は未成年者のプライバシー保護に重点を置いており、同プラットフォームが適切な保護措置を講じていなかったと主張しています。
The investigation focuses on the protection of minors' privacy, alleging that the platform failed to implement adequate safeguards.
規制当局は、未成年者のアカウントが一般公開されすぎており、初期設定では13歳から15歳のユーザーが簡単にアカウントを非公開から公開に切り替えられたことを指摘しました。
Regulators highlighted that minors’ accounts remained too visible to the public, and default settings allowed users aged 13–15 to easily switch their accounts from private to public.
