Delhi simplifies process for buying cooking gas
2026年4月、デリー政府は、調理用ガス（LPG）の流通を安定させ、簡素化するための新しい対策を開始しました。
In April 2026, the Delhi government launched new measures to stabilize and simplify cooking gas (LPG) distribution.
現地の書類が不足している学生や出稼ぎ労働者を支援するため、政府は現在、政府発行の顔写真付き身分証明書のみで5kgの「自由取引LPG（FTL）」シリンダーを購入することを許可しています。
To assist students and migrant workers who lack local documentation, the government now allows the purchase of 5 kg "Free Trade LPG" (FTL) cylinders using only a government-issued photo ID.
これに対応するため、特定のHPCL店舗にて11の専用ヘルプデスクが設置されています。
To support this, 11 dedicated help desks are available at select HPCL outlets.
パイプライン天然ガス（PNG）インフラがある地域に住む人々に対しては、技術的な免除が認められない限り、通知から3ヶ月以内にPNGへ切り替えることが義務付けられました。
For those living in areas with Piped Natural Gas (PNG) infrastructure, switching to PNG is now mandatory within three months of notification, unless a technical exemption is granted.
商業ユーザーもPNGへ移行中であることを証明しなければなりません。
Commercial users must also prove they are transitioning to PNG.
販売代理店の混雑を緩和するため、全ての予約にデジタルプラットフォームを利用することが推奨されています。
To reduce congestion at agencies, citizens are encouraged to use digital platforms for all bookings.
