The Texas Longhorns are heading back to Omaha!
By sweeping the Austin Super Regional against the Oregon Ducks, the Longhorns have officially punched their ticket to the 2026 Men's College World Series.
This historic achievement marks the program's 39th trip to the event, extending their own NCAA record.
The team remains undefeated in this year's tournament, signaling their strong momentum as they pursue a seventh national title.
Under the leadership of second-year head coach Jim Schlossnagle, the team has found a winning rhythm.
Key moments in the Super Regional, including Adrian Rodriguez’s clutch double and Sam Cozart’s closing pitching, were vital to their success.
The Longhorns will now face the No. 3 seed University of Georgia in their opening game, eager to end their championship drought dating back to 2005.
