New Grants Awarded to Improve Women's Health in Asia-Pacific
On March 30, 2026, the Organon Asia Pacific Cluster announced the recipients of the 2026 Her Health Grants.
Five organizations were selected, including projects in Australia, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam, that tackle challenges ranging from menopausal support to reproductive health education.
While the region is seeing a surge in high-tech 'FemTech' solutions like AI-backed fertility apps, these grants highlight the vital importance of grassroots efforts to reach those in underserved areas.
Despite progress, significant barriers remain, such as data privacy concerns, the digital divide, and limited access to basic contraceptive services for women in industrial or rural settings.
By addressing both systemic and social hurdles, these efforts are moving women's health to the center of the Asia-Pacific policy agenda.
