A significant milestone has been reached in Malaysia's corporate sector as Vantris Energy Berhad officially exited the Practice Note 17 (PN17) financial watch list on June 18, 2026.
マレーシアの企業部門において重大な節目が達成され、Vantris Energy Berhad（ヴァントリス・エナジー・ベルハド）が2026年6月18日、PN17（財政監視リスト）から正式に脱却しました。
Formerly known as Sapura Energy Berhad, the oil and gas giant underwent a comprehensive transformation to overcome years of financial distress.
旧称Sapura Energy Berhad（サプラ・エナジー・ベルハド）として知られるこの石油・ガス大手は、長年にわたる財政難を克服するため、包括的な変革を行いました。
Central to this recovery was one of the most complex restructuring exercises in Malaysian history, involving a massive debt reduction from RM10.8 billion to RM5.5 billion and the successful settlement of RM1.1 billion owed to local vendors.
この再建の中核を担ったのは、マレーシア史上最も複雑な再編の一つで、負債を108億RM（リンギット）から55億RMへ大幅に削減し、現地ベンダーへの11億RMの債務を完済することに成功しました。
