Starting March 15, 2026, the Khorfakkan Commercial Terminal (KCT) in the United Arab Emirates has introduced a new $100 Emergency Operational Recovery Surcharge per container.
2026年3月15日より、アラブ首長国連邦にあるホールファッカン商業ターミナル（KCT）は、コンテナ1個につき100ドルという新しい緊急運航復旧割増し料金を導入しました。
Operated by Gulftainer, this fee addresses rising operational costs and infrastructure strain caused by sudden spikes in cargo volume.
