1. Acceptance and Eligibility

Ringoo is designed for learners of all ages.

  • Legal Age: If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you are using Ringoo with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of their children while using the service and for any subscriptions or purchases made through their account.
  • Agreement: If you do not possess the legal capacity to agree to these terms, you must not access or use the application.

2. License and Restrictions

Ringoo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your individual, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to extract the source code or proprietary AI models.
  • Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our services or scrape content.
  • Misuse of AI: Engage in "prompt injection" or other techniques designed to bypass the safety filters or intended functionality of our AI characeters.
  • Prohibited Content: Use the conversational features to generate or transmit harassing, offensive, or illegal content.

3. AI and Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Ringoo utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and third-party services (e.g., speech recognition and Large Language Models) to provide immersive learning experiences. By using these features, you acknowledge:

  • AI Hallucinations: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. Ringoo is an educational tool and should not be used as a primary source for critical factual information.
  • Input Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the information you provide during AI conversations. Do not share sensitive personal identifiers (e.g., passwords, financial data, health records).
  • No Professional Advice: Content provided by AI characters does not constitute professional, legal, or medical advice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Ringoo may require a paid subscription. All billing and transactions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These platforms' terms and refund policies apply to your purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Ringoo—including characters, stories, graphics, and AI response patterns—is the property of Ringoo or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written consent. Your learning progress and user-generated inputs belong to you, subject to the license you grant us to process them for your educational experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ringoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application or the performance of our AI models.

7. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
