Beyond design, OKI manages the entire production lifecycle, including high-density mounting and specialized reworking for expensive semiconductors featuring over 10,000 pins.

To ensure reliability, OKI employs high-speed X-ray inspection to detect hidden soldering defects that standard methods often miss.

By leveraging its deep expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, OKI aims to hit JPY 1 billion in sales for this segment by fiscal year 2026.
