Taghill Holdings Bhd has recently announced a major milestone by securing a RM133 million construction contract for the D'Evia @ Kwasa Damansara project.
Awarded by Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd, this significant development involves the construction of a 32-storey serviced apartment block featuring 440 residential units in the growing area of Selangor.
Work on the project is set to begin on June 16, 2026, and is expected to reach completion within a 28-month timeframe.
This contract is particularly transformative for Taghill Holdings, formerly known as Siab Holdings Bhd.
With a contract value that surpasses the company’s current market capitalization, the project serves as a vital turnaround catalyst.
It bolsters the group's order book—which stood at RM1.93 billion as of February 2026—and demonstrates their resilience in the face of ongoing industry challenges like cost inflation and margin pressures.
By undertaking this large-scale infrastructure project, Taghill is positioning itself for stronger operational performance and improved revenue visibility in the coming years, marking a promising chapter for the company’s future growth in the Malaysian construction market.
