Quantum Corporation to release 2026 annual financial results

Quantum Corporation (Nasdaq: QMCO), a San Jose-based leader in AI-era data management solutions, has announced that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026 on Monday, June 15, 2026, after the market closes.

This disclosure follows a promising preliminary report released in early June, which revealed that fourth-quarter revenue reached approximately $77.5 million, significantly outperforming the company's initial guidance of $68 million.

Since taking the helm in June 2025, CEO Hugues Meyrath has been aggressively steering a turnaround strategy.

The plan focuses on streamlining the cost structure, deleveraging the balance sheet, and pivoting the product mix toward higher-value offerings, such as high-performance storage for AI and surveillance.
