Precision Aerospace & Defense Group announces acquisition plans

Precision Aerospace & Defense Group (PAD), an engineering and manufacturing firm headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, is entering a period of significant growth.

Founded in 2016, PAD provides high-precision components, engineering design, and modernization services for major entities like NASA, Boeing, and the U.S.

To accelerate its expansion, the company has announced a business combination with FACT II Acquisition Corp.

This move will transition PAD into a publicly traded company, with plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker 'PAD' at an implied enterprise value of $320 million.

Complementing this public listing, PAD has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire a defense-focused firm specializing in telecommunications and surveillance equipment.
