Big changes are coming to Dungeons & Dragons.
At Gen Con 2026, Wizards of the Coast unveiled a bold strategy to expand the game through exciting new partnerships.
Players can soon explore Azeroth from World of Warcraft this November, and a thrilling Star Wars crossover is scheduled for 2027.
Second, to meet the demand for more content, Wizards is teaming up with third-party studios like Kobold Press and Ghostfire Gaming to produce official materials for iconic settings like Ravenloft and Eberron.
This shift allows for a more consistent release schedule.
Additionally, the 'D&D Icons' program, led by Joe Manganiello, is working with legendary creators to revitalize classic settings.
