Metal Gear Solid film officially enters production

The studio has brought in directing duo Zach Lipovsky and Adam B.

Stein, fresh off the success of their horror hit Final Destination: Bloodlines, to spearhead the adaptation.

While previous attempts to adapt Hideo Kojima’s complex masterpiece struggled with the series' dense lore and non-linear narrative, this new momentum suggests Sony is finally prioritizing the franchise as a major cinematic play.
