This 2-million-square-foot facility is specifically designed to handle the intensive computational demands of modern Artificial Intelligence|technology-focus| systems.
As Meta's 28th facility in the United States, this project serves as a cornerstone of the company's strategy to expand its global AI infrastructure.
Beyond the technology, Meta is investing $25 million in local infrastructure and collaborating with regional institutions like Tulsa Tech and Tulsa Community College to train 200 annual graduates in specialized technical fields.
The facility is committed to sustainability, aiming for 100% clean energy usage and implementing a closed-loop liquid cooling system to protect local water resources.
