On June 11, 2026, Marvell Technology announced a major leadership change.
Starting June 15, 2026, Dan Durn will become the new Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.
Durn, who previously served as a member of Marvell’s Board of Directors, brings over 30 years of impressive experience in the semiconductor and enterprise technology sectors, including a recent role as CFO at Adobe Inc.
He is a graduate of the U.S.
To ensure a smooth transition, Meintjes will stay with the company as an advisor until April 2027.
This change occurs at a critical time for Marvell as the company expands its focus on AI and data center infrastructure.
CEO Matt Murphy stated that Durn’s industry expertise is exactly what the company needs to support its ongoing growth.
