According to the filing, this secret arrangement meant her managers were contractually obligated to prioritize deals with Live Nation and its affiliates, even when other options might have been more lucrative for her.
By failing to disclose this connection, she asserts that Mawson and Millett breached their fiduciary duties to act in her best interest.
While Live Nation is not a defendant, this case highlights growing concerns regarding transparency and corporate influence in the music industry.
