Get ready to take to the skies!
Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, the highly anticipated ninth installment in the iconic flight combat series, has officially entered its early access period.
Developed by the specialized studio Bandai Namco Aces, this title marks a thrilling return to the 'Strangereal' universe.
Set in 2029, ten years after the events of Ace Combat 7, the story follows the 'Joker Flight' squad as they defend the Federation of Central Usea against the Republic of Sotoa’s devastating orbital weapons.
With over 30 playable aircraft and the groundbreaking 'Cloudly' engine, which makes weather and visibility dynamic factors in every dogfight, the game promises unparalleled immersion.
The full global release for the standard edition arrives on October 2, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Whether you are a veteran pilot or a new recruit, it is time to prepare for take-off.
