On July 7, 2026, id Software released 'Doom: The Dark Ages | Revelations,' the first major campaign expansion for 'Doom: The Dark Ages.'
Priced at $19.99, this DLC requires the base game to play and is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
'Revelations' introduces roughly 10 to 12 hours of fresh gameplay, including new levels, tougher demons, and an upgraded Ripatorium.
The most exciting addition is the 'Chain Spear,' a versatile new weapon that offers players more mobility, bridging the gap between the base game's heavy combat and the high-speed action of 'Doom Eternal.'
Plot-wise, the story picks up after the main campaign.
The Slayer, now wounded and betrayed, finds himself trapped in a dangerous purgatory.
