The story follows Anthony Norman, a 25-year-old temp worker who thinks he is attending a retreat for a family-owned hot sauce business.

Created by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, the show aims to capture authentic, kind-hearted reactions in a surreal environment.
